1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Rolldom (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
LongCode (“we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
- If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
- By using the App, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. License to Use
LongCode grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Rolldom for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
- Sell, sublicense, or transfer the App or any rights in it to any third party
4. User Conduct
When using Rolldom — particularly in online multiplayer mode — you agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players via nicknames or any in-game communication
- Use offensive, racist, hateful, or sexually explicit nicknames
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the game’s servers or network infrastructure
- Impersonate LongCode staff or other players
We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these conduct rules, at our sole discretion.
5. Nicknames and Player Names
You may set a display nickname to identify yourself in multiplayer sessions. By choosing a nickname you confirm that it:
- Does not impersonate any real person or organisation
- Does not contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content
- Does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to remove or change any nickname that violates these rules without notice.
6. Online Multiplayer
Rolldom’s online multiplayer feature is powered by Unity Gaming Services (Relay and Lobby). By using online multiplayer you acknowledge that:
- An internet connection is required
- Service availability is not guaranteed and may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons
- Game sessions are real-time and session data is not stored after the session ends
- Other players’ actions are outside our control
7. Advertisements
Rolldom displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App you acknowledge that:
- Advertisements may be shown during gameplay
- Ad content is determined by Google, not by LongCode
- You can manage ad personalisation settings through your device’s Google settings
8. Intellectual Property
All content in Rolldom — including but not limited to game design, artwork, graphics, music, sound effects, and code — is the intellectual property of LongCode and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
9. Third-Party Services
The App integrates third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies:

LongCode is not responsible for the content, practices, or terms of any third-party service.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy or reliability of any in-game content
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, bug-free, or compatible with your device.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LongCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LongCode operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
